Terms and Conditions
1. Introductory Provisions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “T&C”) govern the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer arising in connection with the conclusion of a purchase contract through the online store available at www.aircraftparts.eu.
1.2 These T&C form an integral part of the purchase contract and are binding on both contracting parties.

3. Definitions

Buyer – any person who enters into a purchase contract with the Seller

Consumer – a natural person acting outside the scope of business activity

Business Buyer – a person acting within the scope of business activity (typically providing a company ID)

Goods – products offered in the online store, in particular aircraft parts, avionics, and accessories
4. Conclusion of the Contract
4.1 All presentations of Goods in the online store are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer.
4.2 An order submitted by the Buyer constitutes a proposal to conclude a purchase contract. The Buyer submits the order by clicking a button explicitly confirming the obligation to pay.
4.3 The purchase contract is concluded only upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.
4.4 The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, especially in cases of obvious pricing errors, unavailability of Goods, or suspected misuse of payment instruments.
4.5 Installation, certification, approval for operation, or professional installation services are not included in the delivery unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Prices
5.1 Prices are displayed inclusive or exclusive of VAT as indicated in the online store.
5.2 Shipping costs and any applicable payment fees are shown in the shopping cart prior to order confirmation.
5.3 In the event of an obvious pricing error, the Seller is not obliged to deliver the Goods at the incorrect price and may cancel the order.
6. Payment Terms (Comgate)
6.1 The Buyer may pay the purchase price using the methods currently available in the checkout, in particular:

online card payment via Comgate

online bank transfer via Comgate
-
standard bank transfer, if offered
6.2 Online payments are processed via the payment gateway operated by Comgate a.s.
Payment details are entered exclusively within the secure environment of the payment gateway.
6.3 Payment is deemed completed upon confirmation by the payment service provider.
6.4 The tax document (invoice) is issued electronically.
7. Delivery of Goods
7.1 Available delivery methods and shipping costs are displayed in the online store.
7.2 The Buyer is obliged to inspect the shipment and its packaging upon delivery.
7.3 If the shipment is visibly damaged, the Buyer is advised not to accept it or to accept it with reservations noted with the carrier.
8. Transfer of Risk
8.1 In the case of a Consumer, the risk of damage to the Goods passes upon receipt of the Goods.
8.2 In the case of a Business Buyer, the risk of damage passes upon handing over the Goods to the carrier.
9. Complaints and Defective Performance
9.1 Consumer
9.1.1 The Consumer is entitled to claim defects in the Goods within the statutory period of 24 months.
9.1.2 If a defect becomes apparent within 12 months of delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
9.1.3 Complaints shall be submitted by contacting the Seller; providing photo or video documentation is recommended.
9.2 Business Buyer
9.2.1 Rights arising from defective performance are governed by the Civil Code and, where applicable, the manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
9.2.2 The Business Buyer is obliged to inspect the Goods without undue delay after delivery.
9.3 Exclusions
The Seller is not liable for defects caused by:

improper or unprofessional installation
-
use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions
-
mechanical damage
-
unauthorized intervention by third parties
10. Withdrawal from the Contract
10.1 Consumer
10.1.1 The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Goods, without stating any reason.
10.1.2 The Goods must be returned to the Seller no later than 14 days after withdrawal.
10.1.3 The cost of returning the Goods is borne by the Consumer.
10.1.4 Payments will be refunded within 14 days, no earlier than upon receipt of the returned Goods.
10.2 Exceptions
Withdrawal is not possible, in particular, for:

Goods made to order or customized
-
Goods irreversibly damaged after delivery
-
digital content delivered online
10.3 Business Buyer
A Business Buyer has no statutory right to withdraw from the contract without cause unless expressly agreed otherwise.
11. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
11.1 The data controller is 51000FT Europe s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 11891874.
11.2 Personal data are processed for the purposes of:

order processing and contract performance

compliance with legal obligations

delivery of Goods
-
customer communication
11.3 Personal data may be shared with carriers and payment service providers (e.g., Comgate).
11.4 The Buyer has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (ÚOOÚ).
12. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
12.1 The competent body for alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes is:

12.2 Consumers may contact the ADR body after an unsuccessful attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the Seller.
13. Final Provisions
13.1 These T&C and all contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
13.2 If any provision of these T&C is found invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13.3 These Terms and Conditions are valid and effective as of 15 January 2026.
