BONDERITE® M-CR 1132 AERO – Chromate Conversion Coating Pen

BONDERITE® M-CR 1132 AERO (previously marketed as Alodine 1132) is a ready-to-use chromate conversion coating designed for localized treatment of aluminum surfaces. Supplied in a practical 40 ml Touch-N-Prep pen applicator, it enables precise application for maintenance, repair and structural work.

The product forms a protective chromate conversion coating on aluminum and its alloys, enhancing corrosion resistance and improving paint adhesion. It is commonly used for touch-up treatment after drilling, sanding, trimming or structural repairs on aircraft components.

BONDERITE M-CR 1132 AERO is qualified to MIL-DTL-81706 Type I, and when applied in accordance with specification requirements, supports compliance with MIL-DTL-5541 Class 1A and Class 3 conversion coating systems.

Widely used in Part-145 maintenance environments, MRO facilities and general aviation workshops.
