Payments Terms
1. General Provisions
These Payment Terms define the available payment methods and conditions for purchases made through the online store aircraftparts.eu (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”).
These Payment Terms form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of the Online Store.

3. Accepted Payment Methods
- Online card payment (Visa, Mastercard, other supported cards) via WooCommerce Payments
- Online payment processing powered by Stripe
- Standard bank transfer to the Merchant’s bank account (where offered)
The availability of individual payment methods may vary depending on the Buyer’s country, currency, or order value.
4. Online Card Payments
4.1 Online payments are processed through WooCommerce Payments, powered by Stripe, a licensed payment service provider.
4.2 When making an online payment, the Buyer enters payment details within a secure, encrypted environment.
4.3 The Merchant does not store or have access to full payment card details.
4.4 The payment is considered completed once the transaction is successfully authorized and confirmed by the payment service provider.
5. Prices and Currency
5.1 Prices in the Online Store are displayed in the selected currency and are shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT, as indicated.
5.2 The final total price, including VAT (if applicable), shipping costs, and any additional fees, is displayed in the checkout before the order is confirmed.
5.3 The Merchant does not charge any additional fees for specific payment methods, unless explicitly stated in the checkout.
6. Payment Timing
6.1 For online payments, the full purchase price is payable immediately upon order submission.
6.2 For bank transfers, the order may be processed after the payment has been credited to the Merchant’s bank account, unless otherwise agreed.
6.3 The Merchant reserves the right to require advance payment for certain orders, in particular:
- custom or made-to-order Goods
- high-value orders
- Business Buyers with previous payment issues
7. Failed or Incomplete Payments
7.1 If an online payment fails or is not completed, the order will not be considered paid and may be automatically cancelled.
7.2 The Buyer may attempt the payment again or choose a different payment method, if available.
8. Refunds
8.1 Refunds are processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
8.2 Refunds are made using the same payment method originally used by the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
8.3 In the case of card payments, refunds are processed via the original payment provider.
8.4 The time required for the refund to appear on the Buyer’s account depends on the payment method and the Buyer’s bank or card issuer.
9. Security
9.1 The Merchant has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure secure payment processing.
9.2 All communication between the Buyer and the payment system is encrypted using SSL/TLS security protocols.
10. Final Provisions
10.1 These Payment Terms are valid and effective as of 15 January 2026.
10.2 The Merchant reserves the right to update these Payment Terms if required by changes in legislation or payment service conditions.
