The Concorde RG-35AXC Premium Extra Cranking Aircraft Battery is a sealed lead-acid AGM RG-35 aircraft battery engineered for high reliability in certified aircraft electrical systems. Designed and manufactured in the United States by Concorde Battery Corporation, this battery provides improved starting performance compared to conventional flooded aircraft batteries.
Using Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) technology, the RG-35AXC immobilizes electrolyte within fiberglass separators, allowing the battery to operate without electrolyte servicing or water addition. This sealed design increases safety, reduces maintenance requirements, and improves resistance to vibration and harsh aviation operating environments.
The RG-35AXC is part of Concorde’s Platinum Series aviation batteries, offering higher cranking power and enhanced electrical capacity compared to standard RG-35 batteries.
Because of its reliability and maintenance-free operation, the RG-35AXC is commonly installed in a wide range of general aviation aircraft including models from Cessna, Piper, Beechcraft, and Mooney.
The Concorde RG-35AXC is widely used in general aviation aircraft requiring a high-performance 12-volt sealed AGM battery. Its high cranking power, sealed construction, and maintenance-free operation make it a popular upgrade for many certified piston aircraft.
