How we choose carriers
Standard shipments are dispatched via DPD Classic, GLS, or UPS — we select the best available option for your destination. Express shipments are handled via DHL Express (where available) or FedEx Priority.

Exchange or Return of Goods

AircraftParts.eu offers 30-day returns from the date the goods are received.

If the product is of satisfactory quality and you wish to withdraw from the purchase, you may do so within 30 days, provided the conditions below are met.

In order for the right to return to be preserved, the customer must ensure that the goods remain in their original condition. The product may be inspected to verify its nature and functionality; however, it must not be installed, used, or altered in a way that would reduce its resale value.

Before returning any product:

  • the customer must obtain prior authorization from AircraftParts.eu;
  • please contact our customer service at sales@aircraftparts.eu to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions;
  • returns sent without an RMA number may not be accepted.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the following conditions applies:

  • the item has been installed, used, tested;
  • the original manufacturer’s packaging is damaged, written on, taped, or altered;
  • any accessories, documentation, or included components are missing;
  • required traceability or airworthiness documentation (e.g., EASA Form 1, FAA 8130-3, Certificate of Conformance) is not returned with the item;
  • the product was specially ordered, programmed, activated, or customized for the customer;
  • the item has a limited shelf life (e.g., batteries or time-sensitive safety items);
  • the return request is made after the 30-day return period (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
