Brackett BA-2 Air Filter Element for BA-102

The Brackett BA-2 Air Filter Element is the replacement filter element designed specifically for the Brackett BA-102 aircraft induction air filter assembly.

Manufactured from lightweight polyurethane foam, the BA-2 uses Brackett’s wetted-element design to capture dust and airborne contaminants while maintaining low restriction to engine induction airflow.

The element is approximately 98% efficient and receives a fire-retardant treatment for aircraft induction applications.

The BA-2 is designed as an economical replaceable filter element rather than a washable filter. Under normal operating conditions, Brackett specifies replacement after 200 operating hours or 12 months, or earlier when approximately 50% of the element surface is covered with foreign material.
